Registration is completed online through the Elite Dragon platform. Create a new academy account, add the player's details, choose the correct age group, select a membership plan, and submit payment proof through the platform.

We welcome players across six groups: Under 6, Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, Under 16, and Above 16. Above 16 is open to all players older than 16.

You need the player's full name, date of birth, and contact details. The system uses the date of birth to help place the player in the right age group.

Yes. You can add and manage multiple players through one academy account.

Yes. Players can attend Elite Day and trial sessions before becoming academy members.

Once the academy reviews and confirms the registration and payment proof, the player's membership is activated. The digital membership card and QR ID then become available in the player account.

Membership includes the selected weekly training schedule, the player's digital membership card with QR identity, attendance tracking, development reports, and access to the player portal.

Yes. The official academy kit is available for 15 BHD.

Payment is made through BenefitPay with proof upload through the website. The academy reviews the payment proof before activating membership.

The 12-month plans offer the lowest monthly rate. The best option depends on how many training days per week the player wants to attend.

Membership starts after registration and payment proof are reviewed and approved by the academy.

Founder players can submit a founder claim during registration. Founder claims are reviewed by the academy. If approved, founder players receive the Founder Monthly Plan at 25 BHD per month. Founder pricing is not applied automatically and must be approved by the academy.

Regular training takes place every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

• Under 6 to Under 16: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Above 16: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Sessions for Under 6 to Under 16 run for one hour. Above 16 sessions run for ninety minutes.

Football boots, shin guards, the academy kit, and a water bottle. Players should arrive a few minutes early so they are ready to start on time.

Attendance is recorded digitally so the account keeps a clear history. The player can return at the next available session.

Elite Day is the academy's weekly Saturday football day, where academy players and outside players can take part in organised matches and activities.

Elite Day takes place every Saturday.

Both academy players and outside players can participate.

Yes. Outside players can register for Elite Day through the platform without becoming academy members first.

Registration is completed through the platform. Academy players and outside players register separately so the academy can organise each group correctly.

Create a new academy account with an email address and password. New accounts must verify their email before academy access is activated. Returning users sign in with email and password; phone numbers are kept as contact information only.

The player portal shows membership details, the digital membership card, attendance history and percentage, development reports, Elite Day registrations, and account information.

Yes. Player access is supported so older players can view their own profile and academy information.

Yes. Multiple players can be managed from the same academy account.

Check the email address and spam folder, then use **Resend verification email**. You can change an incorrect email from the verification screen. For a forgotten password, use **Reset password** on the login page. Contact academy support if access still cannot be restored.

Coaches record attendance digitally for each training session.

Attendance can be marked as Present, Absent, Late, or Excused.

Yes. Attendance percentage is visible through the platform.

Attendance history is stored in the player's account, so the player profile keeps a clear record over time.

Each player has a digital membership card with a unique QR identity. It confirms membership and supports quick, accurate check-in.

Yes. Development reports are now available through the platform.

A development report is a structured summary of a player's progress, prepared by the academy to help track football development over time.
